Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania (SCAO) exchanges vital business documentation with trading partners including purchase orders, purchase order confirmations and shipping notifications. After experiencing numerous issues with Microsoft BizTalk as their integration platform, SCAO chose to replace BizTalk with MuleSoft®’s Anypoint Platform™ to streamline business processes, thus improving customer satisfaction.

Penske had a semi-automated process for integration of supplier, carrier information with their Oracle ERP.  Manual touch points made the process brittle and key person dependent. Penske partnered with WhiteSky Labs to configure MuleSoft’s CloudHub environment and deliver the solution.  With the new solution in place, Penske was able to reduce the supplier onboarding time from 3 weeks to less than a week.

Fluent Retail knew that point-to-point integration was not the right core architecture when integrating with their clients and partners.
